Leader Service LLC as the Personnel Consultancy Agency, which has certified the record number 669, for our client, is looking for candidates willing to work as:
Team lead 3rd line support, Windows
Work place: Vilnius
WTL/11/09

Responsibilities:
Management of Windows Administrators team. To interface with business projects to deliver built servers with application for landing on the Groups Strategic Windows and Citrix infrastructure:
- Carry out server builds for each project and ensure Hardware, Operating System, Storage etc are functioning correctly and the build guides are correct to allow for successful project implementation;
- Ensure tasks are carried in a timely fashion and details entered correctly via the service centre;
- Raise requests for monitoring, performance, and back up agents to be installed on each built system.

Requirements:
- Higher degree, IT, informatics and connected;
- Advanced level of English required;
- Readiness to work in Lithuania;
- Team management experience,
- Administration of dozen Windows Servers starting from 2003 and upper versions experience,
- Detailed technical knowledge of WINTEL platform, data centre technologies: SAN, LAN WAN networks, Blades Servers, Net HSMs, IIS and SQL Infrastructure, Citrix Infrastructure and VMware;
- Preferred Citrix Edge sight;
- Knowledge of Altiris as advantage;
- ITIL working knowledge;
- MCSE or MCIPT qualified, Windows Server 2003 and above additionally,
- Experience in projects migration and Financial Services as advantages;
