? Teamwork connected with project management and customer community;
? Delivery engineering design for global projects (both customer-facing and internal);
? Solution design of SAN/Disk/NAS/CAS/Backup, implementation, configuration;
? Carry out of internal projects (Design/Build/Influence) to introduce internal efficiencies and improvements;
? Represent Global Storage in project discussions, mobilization workshops, Solution Design Board, etc.
? Design and deliver educational materials to uplift all GSP colleagues to an appropriate level;
? Lead in the handover to GSP Operations of all new projects/changes;
? Delivery of pre-provisioned capacity;
? Review and contribution to customer requirements;
? Technical trouble-shooting, progressing to resolution.
