We are looking for energetic candidates with a drive to Technology. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting users of credit card systems for CEE countries. Additionally you will support with your expertise regional IT implementations. You will gain invaluable experience supporting businesses and technology groups in various European countries. This position is a part of Citi strategic initiative in Central-Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

? Provide service on each problem raised by internal applications users
? Manage cooperation with ITO to resolve items that require development
? Keep track of request aging and solve times
? Provide overtime support for critical production problems if necessary
? Provide regular reporting to Business
? Manage the change process in accordance with procedures.
? EOL monitoring
? Cooperate with UAT team
